You trust EduClick with your CV and career story. Here is exactly how that data is handled — in plain language.
Your resume is private
CVs and profile photos live in private storage — there are no public links. When your resume needs to be displayed or downloaded, we generate a secure link that expires after a short time. Nobody can browse a bucket of CVs.
Who can see your CV
Only signed-in recruiter accounts can search the talent pool, open candidate profiles, and download CVs. Every profile view by a recruiter is recorded — you can see view activity on your dashboard, so access is accountable, not silent.
Where opportunities come from
Every opportunity on EduClick records the source it was gathered from, and that source is shown on the opportunity page. We collect from a curated list of organizations and job boards rather than accepting anonymous postings.
Take your data with you
You can download everything EduClick stores about you — profile, skills, projects, education, preferences, saved opportunities, and activity — as a single JSON file, any time, from your account settings.
Delete your account, completely
Deleting your account removes your profile, CV and photos, preferences, saved items, and activity records. It is immediate and cannot be undone.
