Leads monitoring, evaluation and learning for UNCDF's Ghana portfolio, including results measurement, quantitative and qualitative research, partner monitoring, evaluations, reporting, learning and knowledge-sharing for development-finance programmes.
Requirements
Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, or a bachelor's degree with additional qualifying experience. Requires at least 2 years of relevant experience with a master's degree or 4 years with a bachelor's degree in monitoring, evaluation, learning, research or insights development, including experience related to inclusive development, financial inclusion, development finance or SME finance. Fluency in English is required.
