Join RLRH’s team at the Department of International Development, University of Oxford! 🔹 Senior Programme Manager (AP): Lead RLRH's Academic Pillar, overseeing a team of 8 colleagues across multiple locations. The postholder will guide the full learner journey through our hallmark access programmes – Graduate Horizons, RLRH Foundations, and Graduate Admissions Essentials – managing a dynamic team and leading outreach, facilitation, project management, and student success. With a central focus on driving our ambitious objective to support 1,000 displacement-affected learners into Master's degrees by 2028, this role will be instrumental in scaling our impact.
Requirements
