Supports M-KOPA's West Africa operations across legal, regulatory, compliance, privacy, risk, corporate governance and commercial contracting, including regulatory engagement in Ghana and Nigeria.
Requirements
Qualified lawyer with an LLB and relevant professional legal qualification, plus at least 5 years of post-call legal experience. Requires experience with regulatory requirements, compliance programmes, risk management, commercial contracts and regulator engagement. Banking, financial-services, fintech or structured-finance exposure is an advantage.
