About this opportunity
Leads the ILO component of the Digital Futures Programme, a multi-country initiative promoting inclusive employment, entrepreneurship and digital-economy opportunities for young people with disabilities in Ghana, Kenya, Nigeria and Senegal. Responsibilities include project delivery, budgets, staff management, technical advice, partnerships, donor relations and reporting.
Requirements
Advanced university degree in social sciences, public health, development studies, disability studies or another relevant field; a bachelor's degree plus two additional years of relevant experience may be accepted. At least 7 years of relevant experience in inclusive technical cooperation is required, including international-level experience. Experience with vulnerable-group employment or economic inclusion, project-cycle management, partnerships and donor relations is required. Excellent English is required; working French is an advantage. External candidates are eligible to apply.
