Leads investment-readiness and pipeline-development activities for MSMEs, financial institutions and ecosystem partners in Ghana, including due diligence, financial analysis, technical assistance, investment-case preparation, stakeholder engagement and connections between investees and financing institutions.
Requirements
Advanced university degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or Business Administration, or a bachelor's degree in one of these fields with two additional years of qualifying experience. Requires at least 5 years of relevant experience with a master's degree or 7 years with a bachelor's degree in banking, financial services, development finance, impact investing, investment readiness or SME finance. Experience in pipeline development, financial analysis and MSME finance is required. Fluency in English is required.
