Supports rollout, adoption and ongoing support of WFP corporate digital solutions used by country offices, including troubleshooting, user support, pilot deployments, training and communication between country offices and global technology teams.
Requirements
Completion of secondary education is required; a university degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field is desirable. Requires at least 5 years of experience in IT support, software adoption, digital-tools implementation or a related area, along with troubleshooting, customer-service and user-training skills. French and English proficiency are required.
